** COVID-19 Business Practice Modifications: In an effort to protect our staff and customers, until further notice, Casco Bay Title, has implemented the following changes to our business practices:

- At the time a closing is scheduled we’ll ask health screening questions to insure that no one planning on attending the closing has symptoms of COVID-19 or has a household member in quarantine. Please update us if the information you provide changes prior to closing. If someone is suffering symptoms, we’ll work with you and your lender to find a way to close your loan at a time/in a manner which helps protect everyone’s health;
- We’re limiting parties in attendance at closing to those essential to the transaction (ie, those who must sign documents). This is an effort to increase spacing between people and limit contacts. **
